Property Development (In Planning)
Jazz Town USA is working with experienced development partners toward its first planned housing project in Phoenix. The vision is to create affordable live/work townhomes designed to support musicians and creative professionals while maintaining long-term community value.
Projects are being approached thoughtfully, with a focus on:
